One of the world’s leading automobile companies, Fiat is launching a small electric vehicle, named Topolino. It is being slotted as an alternative to scooters and targeted for the Gen Z buyers or those who prefer to drive a four-wheeler instead of two.

The car is just 8.3 feet long with a top speed of 45 kilometres per hour and is considered a quadricycle. This will allow even 14 years old youngsters to drive it as according to the Italian law.

The battery in it is 5.4 kWh and can be fully charged in four hours. As it has a range of 47 miles or 75 km it is meant to be used for short distances or running errands.

The starting price of Topolino is $10,780 and the first deliveries in Italy are expected to take place later this year.

The name of the car originates from how Italians refer to Disney’s famous character, Mickey Mouse.
