A video of two Maharashtra policemen plunging into a fast-flowing stream in Pune district to rescue a man who was being swept away by the strong current has gone viral on social media.</p>

Constables Saddam Shaikh and Ajit Pokare, from Dattawadi in Pune, have won praise for putting their own life at risk to save the man by jumping into the stream near Bagul Udyan in Shivane village.</p>
