It was raining sixes as England smashed their way to a new world record total of 498 in One-Day International (ODI) cricket while beating the Netherlands on Friday.</p>

The England batsman also broke the record for the number of sixes scored in an innings with the ball flying out of the ground as many as 26 times.</p>

Jos Butler who went on the rampage from the word go accounted for a phenomenal 14 sixes as he piled up a massive 162 not out. His 100 came in a mere 47 balls.</p>
