A 500 Kilowatt Solar Plant at Palli in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir completed in a record time of 20 days. The plant is ready ahead of PM Modi&lsquo;s visit on April 24 to J&amp;K. It will now provide clean electricity to 340 houses in the village.</p>
