After the success of ISRO’s lunar mission Chandrayaan-3 and the Aditya-L1 mission to study the Sun, now India is preparing to launch the ‘Samudrayaan Mission’-MATSYA 6000. It is India’s first manned Deep Ocean Mission to study the deep sea resources and biodiversity assessment. ‘MATSYA 6000’ submersible is under construction at the National Institute of Ocean Technology in Chennai. ‘Samudrayaan’ plans to send 3 humans in 6-km ocean depth in this submersible
