Hizbul Mujahideen chief and designated terrorist Syed Salahuddin publicly held prayers for Bashir Ahmad Peer alias Imtiyaz Alam who was killed in Rawalpindi by Pakistan-based gangs. Peer, the launching commander of the Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) was killed on Monday in Rawalpindi in Pakistan.
The funeral took place in a Pakistan army burial ground immediately after the murder.
According to sources, many ISI cadres also attended the funeral. Syed Salahuddin is reported to have attended the funeral with the approval of the all-powerful ISI.
