Senior officials of Australia, India, Japan, U.S. met on a video conference for the first time since the Quad leaders&#39; inaugural meeting was held in March 2021. The meeting indicated that a second Quad leaders&rsquo; summit involving PM Narendra Modi, U.S. President Biden, Australian PM Scott Morrison and Japanese PM Yoshihide Suga may be held in September.
