India is soon going to have 56 more transport aircraft. The Cabinet Committee on Security has approved the procurement of 56 C-295MW transport aircraft from Spain's Airbus Defence and Space for the Indian Air Force 40 out of these will be manufactured in India, while other 16 will be delivered in flyaway condition from Spain.
