India became the first country in the Southeast Asia region to use drones for critical Covid-19 vaccine delivery. Beating the logistical challenges of the North East India, ICMR's Drone Response and Outreach in North East (i-Drone), used a Made-In-India drone in Manipur for people living on floating islands of the Loktak lake, Karang island.
