Tourism Ministry of India has announced 5 lakh free of cost tourist visas to offer to the foreign tourists, once visa issuance is restarted. The benefit will be available only once per foreign tourist. The scheme is a part of efforts to boost the travel and tourism sector battered by the Covid-19 pandemic. The scheme will be applicable till 31st March, 2022 or till 5,00,000 visas are issued, whichever is earlier. To know more, keep watching!
