As Taliban takes full control of Afghanistan, Kabul witnessed its first protest by women since the take over of the Afghan capital. Women holding handwritten paper signs were seen surrounded by armed Taliban fighters. Taliban has issued a vague statement on protecting women's rights under the Islamic law, but this Islamic law is known as Sharia law which the Taliban used to impose draconian, repressive ruling against them.</p>
