Viral video shows a pet dog saving a baby deer from drowning in a fast flowing river.
The dog is shown swimming across the river with the fawn while it keeps bleating. The dog-owner keeps backing up his pet with encouraging words as he brings the traumatised fawn back to safe ground.
Baby deer are not good swimmers as they tire easily, which is what appears to have happened in this case, according to wild life enthusiasts.
