Today is another proud day for the Indian Railway as Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the 11th Vande Bharat Express today at Bhopal, the Capital of Madhya Pradesh. This train, which will cover 708 kilometres in 7 hours and 45 minutes, will run from Bhopal’s Rani Kamlapati station to Hazrat Nizamuddin.

Incidentally, Hazrat Nizamuddin has been chosen instead of New Delhi railway station to save half an hour.

The train, which is the first Vande Bharat for the West Central Zone, will operate six days a week except on Saturday. There will be three stops between Bhopal and New Delhi. The stations where it will stop are Veeranganga Lakshmibai, Gwalior and Agra Cantonment.

People of Madhya Pradesh, especially Bhopal, are extremely happy that the high-speed Vande has come to their region.

The fare for Vande Bharat from Hazrat Nizamuddin and Rani Kamalapati station will be Rs.1,665 and this includes Rs.308 as optional catering charges. The executive class is priced at Rs.3,120.
