Nature’s marvel: Waterfall spirals upwards instead of directly falling down at Naneghat in Maharashtra

An incredible video shot at Naneghat in Maharashtra shows the forces of nature joining hands in India’s monsoon season to produce an incredibly spectacular sight of a waterfall rising upwards between two hills instead of directly falling down.</p>

The gusty wind velocity accompanying the rain has countered the force of gravity to produce this awesome spectacle.</p>

"When the magnitude of wind speed is equal and opposite to the force of gravity, The waterfall is at its best during that stage in Naneghat of the western ghats range. Beauty of Monsoons," explains Indian Forest Officer (IFS) Susanta Nanda while posting the video on Twitter.</p>
