Thieves now are trying new ways of beating security measures in ATMs. The latest one involves use of gelatin, an explosive material, to blast an ATM machine while ensuring that it is not caught on camera by spraying black paint on it

The incident took place in Nagthane village of Satara district in Maharashtra where Rs.11 lakh was looted by the robber.
Bank of Maharashtra’s two ATMs were kept inside the cabin and one was completely destroyed in the blast. While the blast could not be captured by the camera, the footage before that suggests that the incident took place at 2.30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The police are investigating the matter.
