An alert Railway Protection Force (RPF) woman constable acted in the nick of time to save the life of a passenger, who fell between the platform and a moving train at the Tatanagar railway station in Jharkhand.
CCTV footage in the incident shows a man trying to board a moving train with heavy bags. He fails to get a proper hold of the door and comes crashing down on the platform near the moving train. Fortunately for him, woman constable SK Meena moves swiftly and pulls him back from the gap between the platform and the train. Another railway cop also runs to the spot and drags away the fallen bags.
Later, the constable helps the hapless passenger with his baggage to board the train.
