Using solar power this person runs a fan to cool him during summer
An old man in Uttar Pradesh has come up with a brilliant jugaad of keeping cool in the hot weather by fixing a solar powered fan to a helmet that he wears on his head when walking around.

He is heard saying in the video that the wind from the fan comes directly on his face and keeps him cool even under the heat of the sun. He explains that the fan is linked to the solar panel on the helmet from which it draws its power.
