VIDEO: Man escapes major accident by a whisker!

<p>
The quality of work done by civic authorities came to light when in a shocking video, a man escaped a major accident which was posted on Twitter. The clip shows a footpath constructed over a drain cracking open just as a man walked over it and the caption reads: "When Yamraj is on lunch break.”</p>

Walking casually towards a store, a man as soon as he crossed the concrete surface, realises that it has suddenly caved in with the dirty drainage below visible.</p>
<p>
The location where the incident took place is yet to be known.</p>
<p>
Some viewers called the man “lucky” while others quipped: “You broke it, you pay!" Still another called him "Strongest man in India."</p>
