A railway transport company that runs train services in America&rsquo;s Chicago city has been lighting fires on train tracks to keep its operations going. The fires are lit to prevent racks from snow gathering on the tracks due to which trains stop moving during cold winter months when the temperature drops below -1C (30F), according to a report by BBC.</p>
