Tanzanian artist Kili Paul, whose videos of lip-syncing to popular Bollywood songs have gone viral on social media over the past many months, was honoured by the High Commission of India in Dar es Salaam on Monday.

The Tanzanian, who describes himself as a dancer and content creator on Instagram, has become hugely popular in India following his lip-syncing skills to famous Bollywood songs.
The internet sensation currently has 2.2m followers on Instagram, including many celebrities from India.
Bollywood actress Kiara Advani had last year shared a video of Kili Paul and his sister Neema lip-syncing to the popular romantic number 'Raataan Lambiyan' from the film 'Shershaah'.
Last month, wearing a traditional Masaai outfit, Paul had posted a video of him dancing to Samantha Ruth Prabhu's track 'Oo Antava' from 'Pushpa: The Rise' movie.
