Mizoram’s orderly traffic receives applause on social media

<p>
Industrialist Anand Mahindra, who keeps posting interesting images and videos on his Twitter caught the attention of many, when he retweeted a picture from Mizoram which is an outstanding example of road sense and discipline when confronted with traffic bottlenecks.</p>

The description with the original image stated that the scene is from Mizoram and shows orderly traffic, without a single vehicle going over to the incoming side of the road even though no vehicles are coming from that side.</p>
<p>
Mahindra praised the city and called it inspirational.</p>
<p>
One user commented that traffic police in Mizoram and Meghalaya were strict about enforcing rules while another user posted an orderly picture from Sikkim to show that people are disciplined in that State too.</p>
