IndiGo Airlines let a mother-son pilot duo fly on the same plane as a special gesture on Mother’s Day.
Indigo took to Facebook in order to share this video with a caption that states: “What’s better than a mother-son pilot duo on Mother’s Day?
The young pilot and his mother are both in their uniforms. He makes the announcement that while all these years he has been a passenger on the flights that his mother has been operating, today after 24 years, for the first time he would be flying the plane while his mother would be seated as a passenger.
He hugs his mother and presents her with a bouquet of red roses on this special occasion as the passengers’ cheer.
IndiGo also clarified in its Facebook post that the son was operating the flight and the mother travelled as a passenger.
