Good Samaritan runs 300 free ambulances in 11 States

Noida-based NGO is running more than 300 ambulances free in 11 States to help people

Having suffered a personal tragedy of losing his younger brother because of lack of ambulance spurred a man living in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to start free ambulance service. Meet Anil Singh, who has been running this service for the last 12 years without charging a dime to the users.

Singh has saved thousands of lives in the last 12 years and today his NGO called Sadbhavna Seva Sansthan is running more than 300 ambulances which are ferrying patients free in 11 States.

Recalling the tragic incident in which his younger brother Manoj Singh lost his life, he said: “My brother’s life would have been saved if he had received good treatment on time. Manoj was lying on the road but no one helped. So I want to help everyone. So no one should die due to not getting treatment and an ambulance at the right time. Whenever people need help, they can call us on 9540040099. Help will be provided to them immediately.”

The Sansthan runs more of these ambulances in those places which are prone to accidents, informed Anil Singh.
