An anonymous caller triggered a scare by calling up the Nagpur police on Tuesday and claiming that bombs have been planted near Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow and Dharmendra’s residence in Mumbai.
The Nagpur police immediately alerted their Mumbai counterparts. A bomb squad was then promptly sent to carry out searches at the residences of both the Bollywood stars in the Juhu area of the city but nothing was found.
Investigations are on to track down the hoax caller.
