<strong>Saudi Arabia&#39;s King Salman bin Abdulaziz left Riyadh&#39;s King Faisal Specialist Hospital on Wednesday after undergoing &quot;successful medical tests&quot; and the battery of his heart pacemaker changed.</strong></p>
<p>
The 86-year-old, said the Royal Court in a statement, will now observe several days of rest according to the treatment plan.</p>
