Saudi king gets battery of his heart pacemaker changed, leaves hospital

<strong>Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz left Riyadh's King Faisal Specialist Hospital on Wednesday after undergoing "successful medical tests" and the battery of his heart pacemaker changed.</strong></p>
<p>
The 86-year-old, said the Royal Court in a statement, will now observe several days of rest according to the treatment plan.</p>
