Meri Saheli is a women-oriented initiative by the Indian Railways. It is aimed at ensuring the safety and security of women and making their journey comfortable and seamless. The South Central Railway launched this Railway Protection Force-led program in October 2020 and its performance report for January to June 2023 reflects the consistent effort, with the Secunderabad division topping the list.
