Faisal Ali Dar won silver in the Asian Kickboxing Championship after so many years of hard work in martial arts. He belongs to Bandipora, Kashmir. Being inspired by the journey of Bruce Lee, he never give up and kept on practicing martial arts to finally get success in kickboxing. Faisal Ali Dar has opened a martial arts academy and provides training to the youths of Jammu and Kashmir. His students have won many medals at the national and international levels. In 2022, the government of India felicitated him with Padma Shri for his work in the field of martial arts.
