Islamabad is being condemned globally over the kidnapping and assault on the Afghan envoy Najibullah Alikhil’s daughter, Silsila Alikhil. Evading responsibility, Pakistan’s Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed termed the terrible incident an "international conspiracy".
