At the age of seventeen he joined the Indian Army, but later decided to leave to become a monk. Meet Buddhist Monk Bhikkhu Sanghasena from Ladakh who is also the founder of Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC). He is one of the 4 recipients to receive the award this year.
