Watch: ‘Perfume IED’ recovered from Lashkar terrorist involved in Jammu twin blast

In a first, Jammu and Kashmir police have recovered an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted inside a perfume bottle from a school teacher-turned Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist following the recent twin blasts at Narwal in Jammu.

The ‘Perfume IED’ contains explosive material which will explode if anyone tries to press or open it.

According to the J&K Director General of Police Dilbag Singh, the accused Arif, a resident of Reasi, got the supply of three IEDs towards the end of December.

Working under the influence of Qasim, a Lashkar-E-Taiba terrorist operating from Pakistan, government employee Arif used two IEDs in Narwal area, including one in a bus carrying Vaishno Devi pilgrims, which left nine people injured.
