Leading airline IndiGo has come in for severe criticism as a video has gone viral showing its ground staff callously throwing bags and boxes onto a trailer while unloading a plane. They appear to be least bothered about their rough handling damaging the contents of the boxes which they are flinging on to the trailer.
An officer of the airline is busy with his mobile phone and his back is facing the workers.
The person who posted the video penned a sarcastic note: “Hi @IndiGo6E is this how you handle all flight luggage every day or today was special?”
