Lightning injures two IndiGo engineers at Nagpur airport

<p>
Two young engineers of leading commercial airline IndiGo were injured at Nagpur airport after being struck by lightning.</p>
<p>
The duo were inspecting an IndiGo aircraft out in the open when the bolt of lightning struck them in rainy weather.</p>
<p>
They were rushed to the hospital and are undergoing treatment.</p>
<p>
While one of the engineers is 28 years old, the other is 33, according to officials at Nagpur airport.</p>
<p>
"There was a lightning strike observed on an IndiGo ATR parked at Nagpur airport. Two of our technical staff attending the flight were affected. They were immediately given medical attention. They are both stable and under medical care," IndiGo`s statement read.</p>
