Caught on camera: Rogue scooterist drags old man in Bengaluru for 1 km in road rage case

In a road rage case a 71-year-old man was dragged away by a young scooterist on a Benglauru road. The culprit stopped only when an auto driver blocked the scooter’s way and he could not proceed further. Other passersby also come and surround the  scooterist identified as Sahil.

The scooterist is then seen taking out his mobile phone to call his friends to get him out of the jam.

The incident took place after Sahil hit the car of the old man, identified as Mutappa. When Mutappa caught Sahil’s scooter to question him for his rash driving, he just drove off dragging the old man in a fit of rage and refusing to stop.

Fortunately, Mutappa sustained only minor injuries in the incident and police have arrested Sahil and registered a case against him, DCP Laxman Nirbargi said.
