The visual story talks about Agnihotri from Madhya Pradesh&rsquo;s Indore, who lost both his arms in an electrical accident. That did not deter him, rather made him determined to do everything, including driving, swimming, skating and studying law.</p>
<p>
Wanting to get a licence, he prevailed upon the authorities to amend the Motor Vehicle Act which had no provision for double amputees.</p>
<p>
Another video shows how he starts the car, puts in gear and drive.</p>
