Just in time! Man in the screengrab managed to escape falling into the dirty drain

The quality of work done by civic authorities came to light when in a shocking video, a man escaped a major accident which was posted on Twitter. The clip shows a footpath constructed over a drain cracking open just as a man walked over it and the caption reads: &quot;When Yamraj is on lunch break.&rdquo;</p>
