Shocking Video: 100 Delhi firefighters narrowly escape as building collapses in 5 seconds

More than 100 firefighters of Delhi Fire Service had a narrow escape as the warehouse in north Delhi’s Roshanara Road which was on fire suddenly collapsed.

A video showing this collapse has gone viral on social media.

Talking to PTI, Atul Garg, DFS Chief said: “During the firefighting operation, the three-storey building which caught fire collapsed. Fortunately, our firefighters had a narrow escape.”

The building used by Jaipur Golden Transport caught fire at 11.50 a.m. and DFS had sent 18 trucks to control it. It was during the operation the structure went down.

While officials said they were investigating the cause of the fire, no one is reported injured in the accident.
