Indian Railways to run special trains for teachers

Indian Railways has been continuously innovating keeping in mind the convenience of its passengers. For example, for facilitating teachers and their families to take a break during the vacations, the North Eastern Railway and Central Railway have decided to run special trains for them.

Out of four special trains that will run from Mumbai’s Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Varanasi, two will be completely reserved for teachers.

Starting from today, these special trains will leave from Mumbai and stop at Kalyan, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bina, Veerangana Laxmibai Station, Govindpuri, Fatehpur, Prayagraj and Gyanpur Road stations.

These trains will have one First AC, three AC-two tier, four AC three-tier, eight sleeper class, and eight General Second Class Coaches.

The Teachers Special left Mumbai today and will reach Varanasi tomorrow and on May 3, it will leave Varanasi at 8 p.m. to arrive at Mumbai at 1 p.m. on May 5.
